Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Weighra, including account registration, subscription features, AI-assisted tools, and weekly tracking features.

Effective date: May 5, 2026

1. Service Provider

Weighra is provided by Tomasz Pilarczyk, Żwirki i Wigury 16, 66-620 Gubin, Poland, Tax ID PL9261689360.

If you need support or want to contact us about these Terms, email support@weighra.com.

2. About Weighra

Weighra is a weight-trend and calorie-tracking service designed to help users observe weekly patterns in calorie intake, weigh-ins, and simple activity context.

Weighra is intended for informational and self-tracking purposes only. It is not medical care, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

You are responsible for how you interpret and use any insights, estimates, or recommendations presented in the service.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing Weighra, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Weighra.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use Weighra only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

If you register with an email and password, you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. If you sign in with Google, your authentication is also subject to Google’s terms and policies.

You must notify us promptly at support@weighra.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Weighra, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where permitted by law, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

You must not upload content or use inputs that violate applicable law or third-party rights.

6. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments

Weighra may offer free access, trial access, and paid PRO access. Available plans may include monthly, yearly, and lifetime options as presented inside the app at the time of purchase.

Recurring subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless canceled. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

If you cancel a recurring subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law.

Prices, billing intervals, taxes, and payment terms are shown at the point of purchase. You authorize the relevant payment processor to charge the selected payment method for your purchase.

Any statutory consumer rights or mandatory refund rights available under applicable law remain unaffected. Where required, we may assess refund requests case by case in light of applicable law, payment processor rules, and the nature of the digital service supplied.

7. AI Features

Some PRO features may use AI-assisted processing, including nutrition estimation from text or images and AI-enhanced phrasing for insights.

AI outputs may be incomplete, approximate, or incorrect. They should be treated as convenience tools and not as precise nutritional, health, or medical advice.

You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it.

8. Third-Party Services

Weighra relies on third-party services to operate certain features, including Google OAuth for Google Sign-In authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and Google Analytics for analytics.

Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, privacy notices, and processing practices.

9. Availability and Changes

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Weighra at any time, including features, pricing, limits, design, or technical requirements.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or browser at all times.

10. Intellectual Property

Weighra, including its software, interface, branding, text, graphics, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended personal or internal use.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative services from Weighra except where expressly permitted by law or by us in writing.

11. User Content and Data

You retain responsibility for the information you submit to Weighra, including profile data, calorie entries, weigh-ins, questions, uploaded images, and other content.

You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, store, display, and transmit that content in order to operate and improve the service for you.

12. Warranties and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weighra is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not warrant that the service will meet your expectations, produce specific health or weight outcomes, or be suitable for any medical, regulatory, or professional purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of Weighra.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Weighra if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the service, create legal or security risk, or if continued provision is not reasonably possible.

You may stop using Weighra at any time. If you want account deletion or help with your stored data, contact support@weighra.com.

14. Privacy

Your use of Weighra is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence where such rights apply.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version. If material changes are made, we may provide additional notice within the service where appropriate.
